2 parts (1 oz) of Cachaça Rio 40° Silver
2 parts (1 oz ) of coconut cream
1 part (0.5 oz) of coconut liqueur (malibu)
5 parts (2.5 oz) of fresh and strained pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Choose a hurricane glass or a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes. Add all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour gently over the ice cubes. Garnish with a pineaplle wedge, a cherry and perhaps even an umbrella.
