4 parts (2 oz) of Cachaça Rio 40° Silver
1/2 fresh tangerine
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Ice cubes
Remove the seeds from the tangerine. Put the seedless fruit into a cocktail glass. Add the sugar and the ginger and muddle to get all the juice out of the segments. Add the Cachaça Rio 40° Silver and the ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with some tangerine segments.
