4 parts (2 oz) of Cachaça Rio 40° Gold
3 ripe kiwi fruit
1 part (0.5 oz) of fresh squeezed and strained lime juice
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Muddle the peeled kiwi along with the sugar inside a cocktail shaker. Add the Cachaça Rio 40° Gold, the lime juice and some ice. Shake vigorously. Serve in a lowball glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
